In the past week we put our house on the market and then took it off. Call me crazy pregnant lady. After getting our house all pretty and ready, and even GETTING AN OFFER on it, it just didn't feel right and we decided to stay put for a while. In the process of making it pretty to show, we fell in love with our house all over again, and really could not stand thinking about someone else living in it. Of course we prayed about it and after the offer came in and we looked at other houses, we just couldn't pull the trigger and go for it. I AM SO RELIEVED!
So that is the back story to this funny by Coleman. For one week, we kept our house picked up, the beds made, and everything looking great and de-cluttered. We are not big bed-makers. And maybe neither is Nonnie. This morning at Nonnie's house, Coleman climbed up on her neatly-made bed with all the pretty pillow shams, leaned back on them and said, "So, why's your bed like this? You lookin' to sell?"
Because apparently, this family only makes our beds if we are trying to sell our house!

That's pretty funny!
We did the same thing last year! We had a for sale sign in our yard for 1 day but hadn't signed any papers and I couldn't do it! I was pregnant, my husband was settling into a new job and we had a kid about to start kindergarten and I just couldn't do it! We hope to sell in a few months because now we really need a bigger place!
